Background

Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot, AKA, The Penguin, is a major enemy of Batman and an eccentric criminal mastermind, known for his love of birds, trick umbrellas and black market dealings. The Penguin runs Gotham's popular Iceberg Lounge, which serves as Cobblepot's front for a number of illegal financial activities which he uses for his shady business dealings that funds the criminal underworld. Despite his short stature and almost comical appearance, the Penguin is a cunning foe whose numerous umbrellas hide a wide variety of deadly weapons and gadgets.

Description

The Penguin as he appears in 10937 Batman: Arkham Asylum Breakout, features a black top hat, a black suit jacket with one button closed which shows a grey vest, a white shirt and a prominent light purple bow tie. He also has short light purple legs and he holds an umbrella and a fish. His face has some wrinkles around the eyes and mouth. On his right eye, he wears a monocle.
