Background[]
Zod was a general of the Krytonian Army. After doing something against the Krytonian rules, he was sent to the Phantom Zone. After a few years after the end of Kryton, he landed on Earth. He swore revenge on Jor-El (the person which has send him to the Phantom Zone and he is the father of Superman ). So he set out to destory the son of Jor-El.... Superman.
