Background[]
Doctor Otto Octavius was a scientist who specialised in fusion experiments. During one of his demonstations, his mechanical arms were fused onto his arms. After his wife was killed in the experiment, he became the mastermind, Doctor Octopus.So doc ock wanted more power so harry made him a deal.If doc ock gave him spiderman he would give more power. So who would win.
